You can try to find answers searching google.com or on yahoo help. You can also visit some communities what are involved in Yours type of problem and spending there some time...

I would agree that yahoo and google are great sites to check out if your looking for something and mylot is a great site to make friends and learn.
I also love going to myspace and cashbuddycafe, I also spend some time on other gpt sites.
